The Village of Santa Clara has been working on numerous construction projects over the past month on Bellm Street. They are currently working on replacing water lines, installing new sidewalks and resurfacing the street. Road closures will continue along Bellm and surrounding streets and construction is expected to be completed sometime in the next year….
